3. Tracking number of the return item
4. The courier used for the return

• Please be aware that you can only return the tyres that have not been used.
• As soon as the process of returning the item has been completed and our warehouse has given its approval, the total amount of the refund will be refunded to your bank account.
• For the return and refund process, an invoice is required; without proof of purchase, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
• Customer is responsible for returning the tyre to the warehouse with the receipt/invoice provided at the time of purchase in order to receive a refund.
